Deer Grace xo is a New Zealand based children’s shoe business, Opened in October 2017. Deer Grace xo focus is to offer Top quality children’s footwear with timeless style. Deer Grace xo also has room to expand and add more products.

Deer Grace xo shoes are made to provide comfort for little feet. They are easy to put on and take off. Each shoe is designed to match almost any outfit, they also stand out as different. Deer Grace xo has a lot of room for growth expanding worldwide. It’s the perfect business for someone who wants to work from home

Operations

General

  • Customer support (1-3 hrs/wk); responding to customers emails and Instagram messages 1-4 each day each email/message normally takes 2-10mins.
  • Designing and purchasing new inventory (0-5 hrs/wk); Dealing with the supplier creating samples for each season then finalising Orders. Making changes ect.
  • General Administration (0,5 hrs/wk); the basic bookkeeping needed for your business using Xero.
  • Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled by Shopify thank you emails, order confirmations with invoices and emails with tracking information are being sent to the customers automatically.
  • Assembly: the shoes ordered from customers/ stores need to be packed into courier bags/ box before they can be shipped. And we currently use a shipping app that connects to your Shopify which will create a shipping label automatically. We normally have 2-10 orders per day sometimes more when we have a sale. It will take 2-10 mins to pack an order.

Marketing and Business Development

  • Marketing, (5hr/week). Reaching out to bloggers, Stores, influencers, and content creators. Also doing collaborations with other well know brands in the industry. And creating Facebook and Instagram ads using the kit app on Shopify.

  • Mostly mums or people looking for gifts for baby’s/toddlers do they purchase for themselves? They purchase for their children Where are they located we ship worldwide but most of our customer base is New Zealand, Australia also the US

Customer acquisition

  • SEO, Facebook Influencer advertising.

Customer Retention

  • We send out emails to our subscribers with new shoes that are arriving also share special discounts. We Also provide great customer service and top quality shoes.
