The Business is a direct token marketplace for FIAT and cryptocurrency crowdfunding, giving investors technical solution to purchase Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) or Security Token Offerings(STO’s) Tokens in a faster, safer and more reliable way. The project aims to simplify the purchasing process by providing a single platform where all ICOs/STOs are listed in one place, as well as offering necessary information and expert‘s help to evaluate the ICOs/STOs. The platform allows users to purchase the tokens directly via a One-Click Payment integrated software solution by using a single wallet instead of many different ones. Investors are able to acquire tokens not only by paying with cryptocurrencies but also through bank transfers or credit cards. An integrated wallet solution has become the main tool not only for acknowledged investors but also for those who have a lack of technical knowledge and still want to participate in the ICO/STO industry.

Also, The Business offers a White Label crowdsale solution which is an integrated payment gateway. It is built on blockchain technology, with the aim to simplify ICO/STO crowdfunding process management. The main feature that makes this solution unique is the possibility for any ICO/STO to accept FIAT and 60+ crypto currencies instantly without any coding. The solution has been successfully implemented to over 20 ICOs already for their crowdfunding campaigns.

Listings administration (web) (2-4h/day)
Updating ICO’s information, searching for new ICO’s to add to our marketplace, searching for affiliate offers, listing the new ICOs, dealing with content writers, managing social media, newsletters and answering support issues if needed.

White-label integration support:
(per hour basis): When there is a new client that wants to integrate the technical whitelabel solution. He helps and guides the client. Takes around 3-5 hours per client.

Sales (works for commision): looking for potential clients(ICOs) that would like to buy advertising and/or the white label crowsale solution.
Technical development/support (5h/month).
If any issues occur or we want to develop something new, we had a centralised development team at the accelerator that all the projects has jointly used.

Customers

The main customers are ICOs/STOs owners, marketing managers. These are crypto startups with small team trying to raise fund from retail investors.
These type of customers are acquired through direct sales, attending industry events and having lead forms on the website.
Once we hook the customer with either an advertising package or our whitelabel solution we the try to upsell them other services that we provide:

Whitepaper Writing - service to express clients’ business idea and bring it to the world. Additionally, Legal Whitepaper Audit services are provided.

Website Development - a professional web design services to help clients’ to build their online presence and get noticed.

Token Exchange Listing services - "Business name" help its post ICO clients to choose an exchange to list the Tokens, which would be the best match for their specific strategy, budget, exposure. Also, it provides legal assistance and documentation preparation regarding a listing on the exchange.

Market Making - after listing on the exchange, it is important to get clients’ noticed and increase the value of their tokens. Therefore, "Business name" provides liquidity on day one and until the end of engagement; helps to define a tailored liquidity strategy; assists with the sale of clients’ token both to the crowd, and to larger private investors.

All of these services are actually provided by external partners specialising in them. We are only an intermediary that takes a commision.

Customer retain the client as long as he buys additional services during his ICO/STO duration. Once their ICO/STO is finished. On avg. 3 months, we tend to lose the client.
It would be an opportunity for the new owner to try and come up with service or product offering to keep the initial client for a longer period. This is why we try to offer market making and exchange listing services also.

Even though this year was challenging for crypto startups and the ecosystem as a whole we still managed to make a decent profit. If the cryptocurrency market where to enter a bull period this could really take off.
